Over the past year I’ve led our team to several major product launches:
• Complete redesign and rebranding of Unigo.com. I led this six-month project from beginning to end. Pageviews are up 60% over last year. Registrations have increased 300%.
• Led development of an online, multimedia admissions course that increased revenue by 400% in 2012 over 2011.
• SaaS platform (currently in beta with a top online university) that leverages our chat, scheduling, and analytics technology for use by schools to improve enrollment yield management and increase retention. From 2011 to 2013 (2 years) Analyst @ The McKinsey Investment Office manages over $6 billion on behalf of McKinsey & Co., the preeminent management consulting firm.
• Led restructuring of our $105-million variable annuity and VUL insurance-wrapped vehicles. Resulted in $472,000 annual cost savings, an improved credit rating (from B to AA according to S&P), and federal and state regulatory approval.
• Launched an IRA-wrapped version of our flagship fund. Worked with investors to raise $5 million in seed capital required for launch.
• Increased robustness and efficiency of systems and processes used to track, analyze and report over $1 billion in transactions across 1,400 investors. Reduced errors by 75% and reduced time spent by 15%.
• Built an Excel-based program to compare the returns of a Traditional IRA vs. Roth IRA.
