-Created a three tiered equipment contingency plan to address equipment shortages.
-Lead 5-S process improvement through centralized medical equipment processing and dispatch leading to better use of space and an increase in equipment cleaning and delivery.
-Partnered with patient care managers to resolve equipment and supply related concerns and product changes/recalls, identify process improvement opportunities, and implementation techniques.
-Researched and report monthly supply expense budget data to identify variances and savings data to the Director of Materials Management, finance, and nursing management.
