We employ proactive marketing techniques using the latest technology and social media to connect
with candidates. We invest in the leading industry resources, lists, databases (and lots of them) to
ensure our candidate data is current and accurate. We attend candidate shows nationwide (over 40 planned for 2015) promoting our clients directly with searching candidates. Then we actually pick up the phone and confirm the interest and qualification of every candidate to ensure that our clients speak with only those candidates matched to their criteria.
Candidates love us, because we provide all the details of our opportunities up front because we directly represent our clients. We are experts in Primary Care and so we know our markets and our business and candidates look to us for information and advice. Full transparency exists here since we have no financial stake in where they take a job.
