Secured and managed an annual budget of $7 million to apply to a portfolio of IT projects that would address both IT and business strategies within Fixed Income Operations in the USA. • Managed relationship with vendors ICI/ADP, LET, covering product development, SLA’s, release and issue management.• Eliminated $1 million in IT headcount cost in 2005 and reduced the IT run rate by $0.5 million per annum. Accomplished by transitioning support and development to a strategic off shore partner, resulting in reduced development and support costs, gaining access to a deeper and interchangeable talent pool and eliminating key person dependencies.
