Hands-on CTO involved architecting and envisioning products as well as an agile approach. Took over and professionalised young cloud management product and made it into a stabile, structured and increasingly feature-rich product with high quality. Reorganised product, design, and organisation to achieve a structured, agile process across the product life cycle from business input and prioritisation, product management, product development, DevOps, and operations. Spearheaded, designed and delivered a new federated marketplace that enables an instant global cloud compute and CDN resources to be federated across providers to utilize spare capacity and extend reach through partners in a fully automated and managed manner.
