Brian Rhatigan is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the General Manager at Catalent Pharma Solutions. In this pivotal role, he oversees a sprawling 500,000 square foot manufacturing facility that employs more than 700 dedicated professionals. Brian's leadership is characterized by a diversified background in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Operations, which enables him to drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with stringent Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

At Catalent, Brian is responsible for the overall Profit and Loss (P&L) of the facility, where he skillfully manages a range of functions including operations, continuous improvement initiatives, supply chain management, engineering, and technical services.
