Brian Frederick is an digital marketing professional with more than 16 years of experience driving marketing and sales initiatives with the intent to deliver superior financial results. He is focused on creating highly optimized interactions with customers and prospects in the ever-evolving digital environment by leveraging data and user experience.
Brian is responsible for building a robust digital marketing platform since his arrival to M&T Bank in 2010. He and his team of dynamic digital marketers provide interactive marketing strategic vision, insight and tactics to both the M&T Bank and Wilmington Trust brands. His guidance and leadership have been paramount throughout the multi-channel digital approach to M&T’s current integrated brand and communications program.
He began his career with Stanley Black & Decker in 2000. Throughout his 10-year tenure, he honed his marketing and sales skills, serving in various roles—most notably as Senior Internet Marketing Manager—for both the DEWALT and Stanley Black & Decker brands.
Brian holds an M.S. in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Towson University.
