After completing high school, he enlisted in the United States Army and began his military career. He would serve in the Army for 18 years, deployments being constant with postings to the Middle East and Europe. During his time in the Army, Cavataio observed first-hand the challenges and advantages of using a staffing and recruitment organization to succeed in business. Cavataio'smilitary career taught him that he could apply his skills and knowledge to help businesses succeed.Cavataio left the military in 2002 and started his own business: BWC Executive Group. After ramping up operations over the course of a few years, BWC Executive Group became one of the largest staffing and recruitment firms in the United States. In July 2009, Cavataio left BWC Executive Group to join Spencer Reed Group as its Talent Acquisition and Development Manager. In May 2009, Cavataio assumed the role of Bioenvironmental Engineer at the United States Air Force. Cavataio's experience at the Air Force gave him the perspective and knowledge he needed to succeed in the staffing and recruitment industry. In September 1999, Cavataio joined the United States Army and remained a part of the military until 2002. After leaving the military, Cavataio founded BWC Executive Group, LLC. BWC Executive Group is one of the largest staffing and recruitment firms in the United States and has been successful in landing high-profile talent from a variety of industries.
