His expertise in program management and business process improvement enables him to effectively oversee the transition to Agile, ensuring that teams are not only aligned with Cigna's strategic objectives but are also equipped to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently. Key projects under his leadership include the establishment of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) that enhance cross-functional collaboration and accelerate delivery timelines, ultimately improving the customer experience.
Brett’s strong background in IT strategy and vendor management complements his Agile coaching capabilities, allowing him to drive continuous improvement initiatives that leverage business intelligence and quality assurance practices.
