Increase franchisee organizational capability by analyzing business/financial information and making decisions accordingly; partnering with OM team to influence as appropriate. Increase franchisee profitability by identifying sales and profit goals, and then communicating strategies that will facilitate achievement of agreed upon targets. From June 2007 to Present (8 years 7 months) Learning and Development Manager @ Worked with the Talent Management team, Human Resources, Senior Leadership (including the Vice Presidents and Directors of Operations), and franchise facing employees to execute on the internal company growth strategy, by providing formal development skills for the organization; with a focus on all roles that interact with the franchisee community.
