💼 Past Experience

With over 10 years of experience in the health Care industry, Brad He/Him brings a wealth of knowledge to the company as the CMO. As a Brand Alchemist, He worked to create a new vision for how Spring Health would care for their patients. The goal was to provide a more personalized service that would include professional support and education. This allowed Spring Health to shift their focus away from cost effective medication management to creating an overall Healthcare legacy that would be remembered. Brad has also been working with Industry Large Employers for over 10 years and has experience working in a variety of roles such as Brand Alchemist at Spring Health,Brand Ambassador at Miraclelabb, and Human Resources Coordinator at UnitedHealthcare. With this experience, he has a unique view of how to operate an effective Remote Human Resources program.

Brad He/Him has worked in a number of positions within the human resources industry, most notably as a Brand Alchemist at Spring Health from 2006-2008. In this role, He helped create and maintain the company's brand vision and strategy, as well as developing and executed programs to improve employee morale and engagement.Prior to this, He was a CMO at DreamWorks Animation, where he oversaw product development, financial and marketing strategies, and professional relationships within the animation industry. In this role, He played a vital role in helping to create DreamWorks Animation's storied history, and was responsible for developing new product concepts and strategies, as well as overseeing the company's day-to-day operations.Outside of work, Brad He/Him enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. He is currently a Founding Partner at MiracleLabb and finds his joy in helping people achieve their goals and connect with one another in a supportive, positive environment.
