This position oversees all aspects of marketing for the company’s Craftsman and DieHard brands, as well as their overall marketing strategy. In his previous roles, Mr. Kiss also successfully reverted five year share declines by repositioning iconic Craftsman brand and by expanding the brand to broader target segment, yielding two line extensions, new website, and B2B model. Mr. Kiss’s new role also includes expanding the company’s digital marketing strategy, which yielded one of three department stores to achieve Ad Week‘s “genius status” for the digital space. He is also responsible for all aspects of $1B Home Improvement Business, including advertising, online development and call center operations.Mr. Kiss is also a member of the Board of Directors for Outdoor Living and Home Business Units at Sears Holdings Corporation, responsible for all aspects of their marketing strategy.
