💼 Past Experience

I started my career as a Technical Support Representative at SAP in Barcelona, Spain in 1996. I spent two years working with the systems team and then moved to the Global Head of Support Sales & Procure position in March 1998. I was responsible for building and managing the global support infrastructure for the company. In my role, I also managed the product support team and managed customer interactions. I learned about SAP and its products from my experience working with the leadership team and other SAP customers. I transferred to the Head of Global Support Center position in July 2015. I was responsible for setting up and managing the global support center and providing support to our key accounts. From January 2010 to July 2015, I was the Director Active Global Support. I was in charge of all aspects of product support, from providing support to our customers to setting up and maintaining the global support infrastructure. From May 2005 to July 2008, I was the Global Functional Manager for Product Support at SAP. I was responsible for managing the support teams and providing support to our customers. I also developed and implemented SAP products. My experience in the IT field gave me the skillset to be a successful leader in the IT field. I am also experienced in business acumen and intercultural skills. I have these skillsets and I have been successful in my previous roles in the business world.
