There is a growing trend of people wanting to buy software for their own use and not for the use of other people. Nowadays, the way to get exceptional sales and presales talent is to find them before they find themselves.One way to do this is to find and help out the selling teams of the software companies. This is done by providing them with the best training and resources that we can think of. We also provide our teams with the best tools and training that they need so that they can sell their software to the best of their abilities.In the past, I have worked with sales and presales teams across different software companies. I have seen different techniques and strategies used by these teams. I have also been able to learn a lot about the industry and the people that work in it.One thing that I have learned is that there is no one-size-fits-all way to go about this. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to trying to get the best talent. The approach that works for one company might not work for another.All of the techniques and strategies that I have been taught have their own strengths and weaknesses. Some of the techniques that I have used have had a lot ofsuccess and other techniques have not had as much success.I am happy to say that I have found a lot of success in my work. I have been able to teach and train my teams and get them to sell their software to the best of their abilities. I have also been able to learn a lot about the industry and the people that work in it.
Ben Townshend has a BA in English from Havering Sixth Form College, where he also studied English as a remedial subject. He then studied at Gaynes School Language College, where hereceived a BFA inemphasis on English Literature.Ben is currently working as a proofreader for a publishing house and is awaiting his Official Certificates in Proofreading and Library Services, in order to update his knowledge and practise the skill.Brendan Egan, a school friend of Ben and now a work colleague, has also taught Ben skills in proofreading, library service and library management.He is a very busy proofreader and himself manages to keep up with current trends in British Literature, Library Services and Proofreading.To date, Ben has worked for 4 years for a publishing house, 4 years for a schoolfriend and1 year for himself. It has been an interesting journey learning different skills and managing different workplace environments. It has also given him the opportunity to learn new things and expanded his knowledge.
