💼 Past Experience

Azan Sarwar started her work experience in 1988 in the Junior Executive Assistant (JEA) position at H. Nizam Din & Sons (Pvt) Ltd. After six years of service, she was promoted to Group Senior Manager - Industrial Engineering. In thisrole, she supervised Eight full-time Team Members - four ladies and four males. TheGroup Senior Manager - Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Excellence was responsible for developing, charging and achieving compliance with international standards in the manufacturing of textiles. Azan Sarwar is responsible for the overall quality and productivity of the group, as well as its relations with external clients. She is also involvedin the developement and implementation of Kaizen related metric such as item count, number of production units and average run time.Azan Sarwar has experience in quality assurance, communications, and project management. She is also familiar with Lean Manufacturing concepts and frameworks. She has worked extensively in the development, charge and achievement of conformity with international standards in the manufacturing of textiles. Azan Sarwar has also been involved in the teaching and development of Project Management methods, tools and structures for her Team Members.
