Throughout the last few years in school and moving onto College, I have been very interested in IT as a whole, going from a ICT Course in college to various 1st line IT support roles I have increased my knowledge with IT in and out of work. Providing support for software on and including windows operating systems.
Throughout the last few years in school and moving onto College, I have been very interested in IT as a whole, going from a ICT Course in college to various 1st line IT support roles I have increased my knowledge with IT in and out of work. Providing support for software on and including windows operating systems. My currently role is stepping away from Windows and uses Linux infrastructure with Asterisk, diagnosing customers VoIP related problems. This includes running traces on Asterisk based servers and looking through Linux logs and escalating issues to the Third line Team. I am currently undergoing Second Line training as I hope to progress further in this company and also furthering my knowledge of Linux infrastructure. The training includes looking through error logs and a wide selection of databases.
My current goals are to further my career in IT support alongside increasing my experience with Linux, MySQL, Perl and Python.
Support Engineer @ From January 2015 to Present (1 year) Senior Technical Support Technician @ Diagnosing and resolving issues raised by our Technical Support Technicians along side providing knowledge and assistance to the Technical Support Technicians. From June 2014 to Present (1 year 7 months) Bath, United Kingdom1st Line Support @ I am currently working at Gradwell providing first line support for our VoIP, Broadband and Hosting customers. From May 2012 to June 2014 (2 years 2 months) 1st/2nd line support @ I was employed at Axis Networks providing 1st/2nd line support maintaining servers hosted on the Cloud. This included daily server inspections, backup scheduling, providing help desk support to contracted companies via telephone and email. From November 2011 to February 2012 (4 months) IT Apprentice @ While I was employed at Zenos I underwent training mostly aimed at the support region of IT. This included remotely troubleshooting problems and providing support remotely. Escalating issues when it was needed and creating and solving problems on windows operating systems and networks.

My duties included preparing conference rooms and resetting conference rooms, Preparing parties and weddings in halls catering for up to 300 people and serving up to 8 course meals. My duties also included room service along with customer complaints and satisfaction which I was proficient in handling. From February 2010 to February 2011 (1 year 1 month)
