Each of the three positions held with for greater than 3 months were incredibly fulfilling and allowed me to gain a unique perspective on the aspects of product development, marketing, and social media. The team working under me was able to rapidly adapt and mobilize using a variety of strategies to meet any unforeseen challenges. I believe that this is the exception to the rule when it comes to the work experience counts and it definitely prepares me for the role of manager. The team members were extremely welcoming and willing to answer any questions I had about the product. My co-workers and I goal was to constantly grow and learn and to help in any way possible. I would not have considered myself living afalse dream if my employers had not been willing to give me the opportunity to work on their company from the summer through the fall while I was still in my undergrad.
