[email protected] have been a consultant for both Randall.Mannell and Professional Alternatives since May of this year. I am a Mortgage Consultant, Loans Specialist and Commercial loan producer. My responsibilities include lender candidate assessment, underwriting, funding, and product qualification. I have been involved in the development of all types of home buying proposals- both conventional and virtual. I have also been responsible for the delivery of on-time and budgeted product fulfillment.I am extremely familiar with the FHA and the HUD-sponsored programs that we work with. I have successfully completed a majority of the required passes and am currently qualifying for the FHA Pre-Qualification Program. The most important part of my job is the ability to work with all of my clients. I have a great deal of experience when it comes to customer service, and I am always willing to resolve any issues that my clients may have. I am also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to mortgage lending and real estate. I have a firm understanding of how to get the most out of each and every deal that I complete.I am excited to continue working with both Randall.Mannell and Professional Alternatives, and I look forward to becoming a part of the team that’s responsible for helping people achieve their dream home.
