The highlight of my time at Shoply saw my 20 person division significantly contribute to record financial results in company revenue, cash receipts and gross margin (Dec 2014).This was accomplished through aggressive ATL, social and digital marketing, and the complete re-design and re-platforming of the Your Home Depot website. I was responsible for all project management and received overall management responsibility for a team of over 50 people.Projects included dialling in specialist engineers and data entryists to complete highly complex data entry solutions in addition to managing the office's costs and the ever-growing printing needs of the company.
