Andy has also established robust Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs, focusing on technician skill development and process mapping to streamline operations. His expertise in value stream mapping and just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing principles has enabled the organization to optimize its supply chain and enhance overall efficiency. By fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning, Andy Mickus is not only shaping the future of BorgWarner but also setting a benchmark for operational excellence in the automotive sector.
