I came on board the recruiting team to support the Partner Solutions Organization and attract top talent to our Mobile Commerce, Android, & ChromeOS teams.

I was in a full cycle recruiting position. I filled contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement positions for start-ups, multi-million dollar, and multi-billion dollar clients throughout California. I recruited on both the Infrastructure and Applications sides of the house. From June 2010 to January 2011 (8 months) Recruiter @ I took on my first internal Recruiting role at W.E. Lyons Construction, who had been one of my previous clients at Aerotek. I partnered with the Executive Officers to help build out our skilled labor, accounting, and management teams. Being it was a smaller company, I had an opportunity to take on many responsibilities, in addition to my full-cycle Recruiting role.

In addition to being consistentely ranked as a top performer in my office, I helped to interview and train new recruiters.
