My job was to manage discovery process, understand user needs using data and qualitative research, prioritize tasks for development and lead an 8-member cross-functional team. I worked with a designer, a user experience researcher and six developers to accomplish our goals and create a product users love. From May 2013 to February 2015 (1 year 10 months) Budapest & San FranciscoProduct Manager @ I led the team of Köpönyeg (www.koponyeg.hu) which is the second largest weather portal in Hungary with 200 000 daily and 1,1M monthly unique visitors. I managed the complete redesign of the site and launched iOS and Android applications. Our iOS application is a multi award winner app with 5* user reviews, both application won the App of the Year award in Hungary. I optimized Google AdSense units and channels and made huge increment in income. Because of we were a small team, everyone was cross-functional: I worked on several area starting from talking with users through organizing events to manage Facebook Ads. From February 2012 to May 2013 (1 year 4 months) BudapestWeb Specialist @ Lovasok.hu is the biggest vertical site in equestrian industry in Hungary. I was responsible for developing new features and new services. I planned and developed a vertical price comparison site called Lovas Piactér (“Horse Market”) from the foundation, my responsibilities ranging from drawing wireframes to contacting partners and marketing tasks.
