My team and I would located distressed properties in neighborhoods identified for urban renewal and rejuvenation. Properties were identified for their location and curb appeal and the existing structures would be scraped. My team would work with a contracted builder and investor to design a new structure that would invigorate the marketability of the remaining houses in the neighborhood to drive up values. Our goal was to sell the property prior to completion through an accelerated marketing approach using design board and architectural drawings which allowed for minor cosmetic input from the buyer.
