💼 Past Experience

Anadi Sahoo is a Mesmerized by the universe. There is something about the universe that fascinates her. When she was younger, she would still go explore the desert strongholds near her childhood home in rural Maharashtra and watch the sun get lower and lower in the sky. She would lie in bed at night, listen to the frequencies of the universe and religious scriptures, and just be. If there was such a thing as a “ shamanic experience,” it was this one-time catalyst where she understood the universal laws and saw the universe as if it was her own personal heaven. After finishing her engineering degree in 2002, Sahoo worked as a software engineer in a Bangalore software company. She was looking for a change and was mandated by her boss to start taking care of hermental health. She did some research and found that many software companies did not take care of their employees’ mental health. When she finished her research, she decided to start Adyansh Foundation in 2006, with the understanding that no one organization would be able to bring about change in the mental health of a million people. Anadi Sahoo is a mental health counselor, life coach, and meditation teacher. She has a background in counseling, meditation, and life coaching from her many years of experience as a software engineer. She has also been teaching meditation since 2002. Herchelle Siegel, meditation teacher, once said, “Deep breathing and selective attention can change the very fabric of your reality.” Meditation has the ability to inactivate the ego and help one to see themselves completely in the moment. Shemidt has found that people with strong self-confidence and self-esteem often have better mental health when they have regular meditation.Anadi Sahoo is currently a Founding Member of Adyansh Foundation. The Adyansh Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides emotional and mental health support to a million people in India. By providing emotional and mental health support to a million people, the Adyansh Foundation is helping to create a more inclusive society.

Anadi Sahoo has a Master's degree in Integrative Spiritual Hypnosis from California Hypnosis Institute of India. She then completed a Certificate Course in Disaster Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences in January 2010. She then completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) Psychology from Alternative Medical Council Calcutta in January 2007. This was followed by a Master's degree in Reiki Healing from Reiki Mastership from January 2007 to January 2008. Finally, Anadi Sahoo completed an AMIETEElectrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers in January 2001. She then completed a Electronics Engineering Process Instrumentation and Information Technology from Advanced Training Institute for Electronics and Process Instrumentation in January 2000.

Adyansh Foundation, is a mental health and addiction support organization in India, who provide access to information, treatment, and hope to thoseaffected by mental health and addiction issues.Anadi Sahoo has been with Adyansh Foundation since she was a Junior working in Corporate Affairs. She then left Corporate Affairs to start her own company and eventually, became the Regional Manager Elite Outreach Team in India. In this role, she Led and operated Programs To support Addictions, Mental Health, and Wellbeing across the regions in India.Anadi Sahoo has also been a Trainer and Life Coach for over 10 years. In this time she has developed & taught a variety of coaching programs for individuals, teams and Corporates. She has also been involved in two Mindfulness Meditation retreats and is currently working on a third one.Anadi Sahoo is currently a Founder at Adyansh Foundation.
