My experience with Industry of Venture Capital and Private Equity begins from1981 when I joined the company of Philip Morris as a lobbyist. After a few years, I became the Executive Director at the National Womens Business Council. There, I played a crucial role in building and developing the organization. I was one of the first individuals to come to understand the importance of women entrepreneurs and their businesses. In addition, I was able to develop strong relationships with key players in the industry.The experience I gained under these circumstances is valuable and I would definitely recommend it to others. It gave me the opportunity to connect with people in a very close way and I learned a lot about the industry.
