America Prado is a dynamic and innovative undergraduate student at UC San Diego, currently making significant strides as the Recruitment Group Leader for Sigma Kappa Sorority. In this pivotal role, she collaborates closely with the chapter President and Vice President of Recruitment, focusing on the intricate logistics of recruitment processes. America’s leadership skills shine as she guides over 90 active members through the complexities of Fall formal recruitment, while also managing her own group of 8-10 members. Her ability to foster a sense of community and enthusiasm among her peers has been instrumental in enhancing chapter morale and participation during recruitment workshops and meetings.

America’s expertise in public speaking and interpersonal communication allows her to effectively engage with diverse groups, ensuring that every member feels valued and empowered.
