Alison Ramos currently serves as the Technical Manager for the Division of Nuclear Medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where she leverages her extensive expertise in healthcare management to drive operational excellence and enhance patient care. In her role, Alison is responsible for overseeing unit costs, managing budgets, and ensuring optimal staffing levels for a team of 37 full-time equivalents (FTEs) within the Radiology department. Her leadership extends to co-chairing the Joint Commission Committee for the Department of Radiology, where she plays a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of safety and quality improvement.
