💼 Past Experience

I have worked as an IT security and technical recruiter for the last 6 years. I have also worked as an account manager and technical recruiter for Big A Tech Search for the past 2 years. I am currently working as an account manager at Lifeline Recruiting as an archetype of an account manager. My experience ranges from developing and administering customer relationships to ensuring the accuracy and completeness of applications. I have also been involved in the process of networking and arranging meetings for potential employees. I am skilled in recruiting IT security and technical support positions, as well as technicians and account managers. 🎓 Education

Alexandra Nickoli has a degree in Sociology from the College of Marin. She originally hoped to pursue a career in sociology, However, she found that after much self-evaluation she realized that she was not ready for such a demanding field. After a few months of reflection, she decided to switch to a field that was much closer to her heart: the law. Nickoli is now a law student at The School of Hard Knocks.Nickoli's legal education has given her the opportunity to work in a variety of settings. She has worked as a federal public defender, a criminal defense lawyer, and most recently, as a trial lawyer. Her training and experience as a trial lawyer has given her a good understanding of the court system and its workings. She also possesses superb legal writing skills, which she has use to good effect in her recent legal writing for the publication ADR (Advocate for the Defense).Nickoli is presently looking for a full-time position as a trial lawyer. She has worked extensively in the criminal justice field, and is confident that she would be an excellent trial lawyer at this point in her career. Her wonderful writing skills are also perfect for writing court notes, which she is currently using to research and write appellate cases. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her cat, playing video games, and reading.

:Born and raised in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Alexandra Nickoli has had a passionate love for technology from a young age. She has always had an interest in computer programming and encryption technologies, and after graduating from college with a degree in Information Science in 2013, she became a technical recruiter.In her previous positions, Alexandra worked primarily in the IT Security and Technical Recruiter industry. She gained exceptional experience in management and individual responsibility, and was instrumental in developing and managing both technical and organizational teams. She has also worked extensively with freshers and new hires, training and managing individual software development projects.In her free time, Alexandra enjoys spending time with her dog and reading, and she is excited to help make Lifeline Recruiting a more attractive and competitive place to work.
