Having worked within the video games industry for most of my career in various capacities – including QA, artist and journalist – I am now fortunate enough to find myself recruiting for an industry that has always been close to my heart. A brief flirtation with the world of finance (if four years is to be considered brief) contributed immensely to my skills in terms of process and delivery.
During my years within the video game, financial and recruitment industries the one constant has been the need for strong people handling skills. These, coupled with my inherent rapport building and leadership abilities, broad knowledge base and deep passion for the industry, are key aspects in identifying, sourcing and handling the best video games talent from around the globe.
