CSR has made five acquisitions to date, for a total consideration of over $450m, and has around 1400 employees in a dozen countries. I joined a very small finance team in 2000 as management accountant, and have been involved with every stage of CSR’s growth, including the IPO, the development of business systems and processes, and the five acquisitions. My final role at CSR was VP Finance, reporting to the CFO.
