He joined Nestlé India on March 2012 as Head of Digital Marketing and eCommerce. He was entrusted to kick off & accelerate the digital journey for Nestlé India. He played a leading role in setting up the DAT - Digital Acceleration Team (first ever by a market in Nestlé globally) including the state of the art DAT center at Nestlé India HQ in Gurgaon. He has been integral part of some of the biggest campaigns for Nestlé brands such as Maggi, Nescafé, Kit Kat, Milkmaid & the corporate brand.
In his India role he leads Marketing & Consumer Communication and Nutrition, Health & Wellness.
Prior to Nestlé he worked for Infosys. In his 9 years stint at Infosys Retail & CPG/FMCG Business Unit he played various roles in business consulting and product management functions. During this period he worked with some of the largest retail & CPG/FMCG companies in US and in India including Nike, Target and Sears in areas of shopper marketing, mobile marketing, digital consumer innovations and digital marketing.
He is a frequent speaker at various conferences and a keen follower of trends & innovations in technology & marketing.
He is an engineer from Kurukshetra University and a management graduate from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He loves playing basketball and lives in New Delhi with his wife and two kids.
