Adam Meers

Adam Meers serves as the Food & Beverage Supervisor at Holland America Line and Princess Cruises Alaska and the Yukon, where he plays a pivotal role in enhancing guest experiences through exceptional service in the vibrant and dynamic food and beverage sector. With a strong passion for guest service, Adam understands the profound impact that attentive and personalized dining experiences can have on a guest's overall journey. Currently, he is spearheading the operations of a new hotel opening, which includes the launch of four distinct venues: Nenana View Grille, Nenana View Bar, Sourdough Trading Company, and Grizzly Grind Espresso.

In his supervisory role, Adam oversees a dedicated team of 70 front-of-house employees, ensuring that each member is trained to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of operational excellence. His responsibilities extend to monitoring and adjusting labor to optimize efficiency, interpreting flow reports to enhance service delivery, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary to uphold the integrity of the team. Adam's expertise in restaurant management is complemented by his skills in bartending and responsible service of alcohol, which are crucial in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
