From April 2015 to Present (9 months) Payroll Administrator @ Daily checks of time and attendance system, authorise overtime, clear exceptions in the system such as absences. Add new starter details onto SAP, T&A system and liaise with head office payroll team with new starter details to add onto central payroll system. Process leavers details. Update wages logs and send continuous updates to head office payroll team. Update work patterns, salary changes and personal details as required in relevant systems and logs. Weekly audits of time and attendance system to ensure overtime is authorised in accordance with flexible contracts. Manually calculate airlock reps wages, overtime and shift premium payments. Calculate sick pay. Respond to payroll queries in a timely manner and log all payments and deductions. As required, communicate all changes to relevant managers/colleagues. Work closely along side Site Shift Managers and First Line Managers to ensure all working hours comply with individual terms and conditions and working time directive. Work closely with HR Advisor and HR Manager regarding recruitment, contracts and personnel files, ensuring all are up to date. Logging and recording absences and lateness in accordance with company policies. Assist with note taking in investigations and disciplinary meetings. From September 2013 to April 2015 (1 year 8 months) Northampton, United KingdomPayroll Officer @ Manually calculate timesheets and process weekly pays for over 500 casual employees. Liaise with relevant Government agencies and ATO. Assist clients and employees with pay enquires. Generate manual invoices for clients. Enter personal details for candidates into the internal system. Run reports for managers and update various spread sheets weekly. Reconcile casual wages with MYOB From June 2010 to August 2013 (3 years 3 months) Senior Supervisor @ Open shop daily, set up products and regularly merchandise throughout the day. Customer service. Run hourly reports and record daily takings. Complete 2 till balances per day, balance petty cash and daily banking. From April 2005 to June 2010 (5 years 3 months) Receptionist/Administration Assistant @ Answer the phone on reception and direct calls as necessary. Greet clients at the desk. Data entry, update spread sheets daily for progression of loans. Office admin duties, filing, scanning/faxing.
