Since our founding in 1994, Sanatoga Ridge Community’s mission is to provide a safe, worry-free, independent, active lifestyle by providing an affordable, maintenance free home along with dedicated staff and services to support our middle income, 55+ residents. Because of our many services, the residents at The Ridge enjoy a more carefree life in a friendly, caring community. We remove the hassles of home ownership with services such as internal and external maintenance, cutting grass, maintaining landscaping, plowing snow/shoveling the sidewalks and even go as far as cleaning off your car during and after a snow storm! Sanatoga Ridge was designed to allow for truly independent living while still being affordable. Although no personal care or nursing is provided by the community, some of our residents employ professional agencies for those needs. Our homes are easily adaptable to be ADA compliant allowing individuals with mobility issues to remain independent in their homes. A significant percentage of our residents live out their golden years without ever moving to a care facility .Our hope and goal is that you can come here and continue to thrive by building new relationships and new memories.
