As an independent restaurant in Edinburgh we have always tried to deliver the basics: good food & good service ! The overwhelming response from our guests has been testament to these simple beliefs. We are grateful to have thousands of guests from all over the world who come to see us, recommend us to their friends and family and come back to visit again. We have had many requests to open elsewhere in the country and the world, so we hope to make coming to see us a little easier by having a brand new Makars in London. We have decided to bring our heart-warming comfort food and Scottish hospitality to the UK's capital.
