We specialize in group and personal run coaching, bootcamp, obstacle race training (for races like Tough Mudder and Spartan), personal training, and metabolic full body circuit style conditioning.
If you are part of a workplace interested in implementing a wellness program, we can put together a comprehensive plan that includes everything from nutrition, yoga and massage to group running, walking and bootcamp. We also offer before work, lunch time or after work classes at reasonable rates.
IM's founder, Allison Tai, has become popular as a motivation speaker after getting hit by a truck at highway speed while riding her bicycle and choosing to let life win.
