In a pitch meeting, Aaron Reynolds tossed out a very silly idea. The reaction in the room was so violently negative that afterwards he questioned if he knew what he was doing at all. But then he remembered: he was in that meeting because they needed and wanted him there. So he took the pitch and executed it. In two short years it became his day job, a merchandise empire, and in fall of 2019, a book.
The team has grown since then. Aaron continues to write the jokes, Nick Renaud manages the website, Joe Burt is in charge of customer support, Ryan Matthews handles wholesale and shipping, Kris Myers works on social media scheduling and handles the Swear Trek archives, and Michelle Manafy curates the Effin’ Birds newsletter. The other random people below who claim to work here? We have no idea who the fuck they are.
