Vibrant Care Pharmacy, formerly Elmhurst Pharmacy, has proudly served the East Bay and wider Bay Area since 1968. We are an independent, community pharmacy, serving Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, Hospice, Day Program, Skilled Nursing, and Behavioral Health patients and facilities. Vibrant Care Pharmacy was built on the belief that integrated partnerships between the pharmacy, facilities, providers, case managers, and patients is the foundation to effective and robust treatment and wellness.
