Toro Toro Pan-Latin Restaurant & Lounge by internationally acclaimed Chef Richard Sandoval celebrates the vibrant flavors and convivial dining culture of Central and South America. The menu features classic and creative dishes inspired by Chef Sandoval’s Mexican heritage and regional travels. To start, fill your table with antojitos - fresh Mexican ceviches, Argentinean empanadas and anticuchos from Peru are among the selection. Main dishes showcase the exciting - and ongoing - evolution of Latin cuisine. Traditional Coconut Adobo Chicken is served alongside contemporary Chaufa Fried Rice and Nikkei-Style Tostadas de Pescado, influenced by the vibrant communities of Chinese and Japanese immigrants across South America. Gaucho-grilled steaks, chicken and seafood served with Pan-Latin sauces round out the offerings. In local tradition, all of our dishes may be shared.
