In 2011, Sushi Kabar embarked on a mission to create win-win-win opportunities for sushi chefs, grocery stores, and our customers. Our singular focus on fulfilling this mission catalyzed Kabar’s growth across the United States and expanded our partnerships into leading organizations in the Corporate Dining, Grocery, Healthcare (Hospitals), and Higher Education categories.
How did we do it? By treating our people like the VIPs they are.
In the center of our win-win-win proposition is the chef – crucial to maximizing the ROS (return on sushi) for our partners and customers. By providing them with only the highest quality ingredients, training, and the tools necessary to transcend the title of chef, our highly-trained sushi experts are onsite marketers, profit-minded managers, and incredible chefs. We challenge them to push the envelope with innovative menus and unique offerings that meet the evolving and regional palates of our customers where they are.
