Paragon Real Estate Investments is a San Diego based, privately held real estate firm founded in 1998. Our flagship fund, Paragon Real Estate Fund (PREF), invests in retail and creative office mixed-use projects in urban markets throughout the United States. Since 2011, PREF has built a portfolio of iconic urban properties totaling over 500,000 square feet across 19 assets in San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago, and Philadelphia. Paragon's core focus is on the United States' exponential urbanization trend, and the growing desire for live-work-play environments.
