The current portfolio consists of over 6,000 units, valued at approximately $500 million. Its first acquisitions were urban apartment buildings in downtown Chicago. The Company completed its first tax credit syndication in 1995. The Company formed a Development Group in 2006 and completed its first new construction project, The Residences at Fountain Square, in December 2011. Banner Storage Group specializes in the development and construction of multi-story “Class A” self-storage facilities in major metropolitan urban infill markets. Banner has consistently provided its partners outstanding returns as it continues to expand it development portfolio and market presence.
