G&H Management is a full-service real estate management company. Our services include Property Management, Association Management, and Real Estate Sales. We value being authentic, trustworthy, approachable, and offer a high quality, customizable service for all of your real estate needs. G&H Management was established by Larry Harn in 1989 to manage the residential property. Since then, the company has expanded to include Association and Commercial Management as well. In 2019 Larry Harn sold G&H Management to Chris Kennelly. Chris is dedicated to maintaining the reputation of localized and individually focused real estate services that the community has come to know and love. We pride ourselves in providing stress-free real estate services to the Southern Minnesota area.
