FAST specializes in youth athletic development and provides age-specific programs for multi-sport skill instruction, motor skill development and performance training. With a home-base location in Wheatley Plaza, every FAST program offers an age-appropriate combination of FITNESS and ATHLETIC SKILLS TRAINING with the goal of developing confident young athletes. We pride ourselves on having the most spirited and personable team of coaches who incorporate a variety of drill-based games, challenges, contests and music into each session so our young athletes always feel like they’re having a blast. We want children to look forward to their FAST classes – when they enjoy the instruction, the real results happen quickly!
