New York native Claudia ‘Claw Money’ Gold began her creative career in the male dominated graffiti world. She developed a style uniquely her own, earning her a place among celebrated artists. Since the creation of CLAWMONEY™ in 2002, the fresh designs and elevated standards landed the brand collaborations with notable brands, including Calvin Klein, Mountain Dew, Sunglass Hut, Vans, and most recently UGG. Her Nike release yielded the first sneaker by a female artist in conjunction with the athletic giant. This two-part project set the precedent and changed the landscape for today’s standard of artist driven collaborations.
