Urban Farm Fermentory is an experimental fermented beverage producer and community engagement hub located in the East Bayside neighborhood of Portland, Maine. We specialize in creating authentic, craft kombucha, cider, beer/gruit, mead, and jun (NA) and we place a priority on using seasonal and locally foraged, farmed, and harvested ingredients.
Foraging, building relationships, and sharing knowledge are integral to our process, our products, and the experience we create for customers. We love to feature what naturally grows within our local environment while honoring the generosity and partnerships we have with our of our neighbors and regional farmers. In doing so, we are able to highlight the depth of each season through different fermentation processes while sharing our sense of connection to community and the land.
