Our Blue Mountains Corporate Retreats are an unforgettable team-experience and just a short 90 minutes drive from Sydney’s CBD. At Happy Buddha Retreats, we give your team-members the space they need to reflect, rejuvenate and become refocussed again. Our 2-night Corporate Retreats really are the best of both worlds, allowing your guests to take part in retreat activities and with plenty of free time to collaborate and be immersed in your own team-building exercises. We will work with you to create a custom program and will structure your time to include a good mix of retreat workshops plus business related brainstorming sessions, meetings or seminars. Our meeting space seats up to 45 people and there are plenty of rooms for guest speakers, facilitators and other team members. Our Corporate Retreats run over 2 nights and can accommodate up to 34 people in twin occupancy or 17 people in solo rooms, all rooms come with private ensuites. We have a fantastic pool and outdoor area and are just a few minutes walk from some of the most beautiful waterfalls in the Blue Mountains. All meals, activities and accommodation are included in the price so you too have a chance to enjoy the retreat. Your host and instructor, Athill Singh, provides practical sessions that don’t require students be an acrobat or a follower of any religion or structure. His journey with yoga and meditation was inspired by pain. Athill suffered from back pain and stress. One condition fueled the other. He has used yoga to strengthen his muscles, improve his posture and balance. Now, he shares his knowledge with others so they can overcome painful conditions, achieve overall body conditioning and personal well-being. Athill believes life is simple – follow what you love and replenish and rejuvenate your spirit!
