The Central Ohio Community Improvement Corporation (COCIC) was formed by the Franklin County Commissioners with the mission to improve the quality of our neighborhoods and to revitalize our communities through the reclamation, rehabilitation and reutilization of vacant, abandoned, blighted and/or tax-foreclosed properties in Franklin County. COCIC: the Franklin County Land Bank and its subsidiary, the COCLT: Central Ohio Community Land Trust, work jointly to support affordable housing efforts throughout Franklin County.
