Green Garage an independent auto repair and tire shop located in the heart of Birmingham’s Southside. We are proud to be owned and operated by an ASE Certified Master Technician, and we are passionate about using as many eco-friendly, gentle products as possible. We are also committed to using recycled products whenever possible as well as recycling most of our waste. We promise to responsibly dispose of any waste products that cannot be recycled. Green Garage can also help you make your vehicle more fuel efficient, which is great for the planet and your wallet. We work on most types of vehicles, including hybrid and electric cars. What are we doing to help the environment? Here are a few things we do differently: - We use recycled versions of as many automotive fluids as are recyclable (oil, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and antifreeze, for example). - The products that aren’t recyclable (like brake parts cleaner) are purchased in bulk, dispensed in a responsible way, and are disposed of appropriately. - We offer services to help improve your car’s fuel efficiency! - We recycle as much of our waste products as possible (steel, aluminum, glass, plastic, and paper).
