In 2026, QuadReal Property Group marks 10 years as a global real estate investment, development and operating company—a decade built on long-term thinking, disciplined decision-making, and the conviction that something exceptional was possible. Headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, the company manages $98.5 billion in assets under management. From its foundation in Canada as a full-service real estate operating company, QuadReal has expanded its capabilities globally for investments in equity and debt in both the public and private markets, investing directly through operating platforms and via programmatic partnerships. That founding conviction continues to define the company today. QuadReal seeks to deliver strong investment returns while creating sustainable environments that bring value to the people and communities it serves. Now and for generations to come.
